Admiral’s Hill Chelsea MA 02150 by Jeffrey Bowen. Local Real Estate Agent 781-201-9488

Admiral’s Hill is located in Chelsea MA, just outside Boston over the Tobin bridge. Just two miles to downtown Boston and located on a tree-lined hill on the water, this is a little relatively unknown slice of heaven. The values of real estate are relatively inexpensive and your dollar will goa long way here. There is a former naval hospital that has been converted into residential condos, a navy barrack that is now condos. Some of the roads here include Boatswains way, Captains Row, Admirals Way, Commandants way and Breakwater Drive. There is a marina and a mile long park. There is always a pleasant breeze in the summer. THe views of Boston are spectacular from parts on the hill.

The MBTA bus picks up and brings people into Boston in under ten minutes. Market basket is here, which is the largest supermarket in New England. Fusion Foods, Larry’s House of Q, Tiuana’s, Arthur’s Deli and The Brown Jug are some of my favorite restaurants here. The Chelsea Arts Foundation and Charcoll, the Chelsea Artists Collaboration are having their third annual art walk this summer! A person can’t find better real estate values and be this close to Boston anywhere else. Please call me as I would love to show you around. 781-201-9488 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 781-201-9488 FREE  end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I live at the Spencer Loft’s currently. I grew up in East Boston, which is next door and I attended my first few years of school at St. Rose in Chelsea. I then moved to Quincy, Hanover, Hingham, Cohasset, Allston, Sharon and now I currently live in Chelsea. Please enjoy the video tour of Admiral’s Hill below and thanks for visiting!

  1. Your site took me ‘down memory lane’ as I lived there in the late 50s when my dad was a navy doctor at the hospital My best friend attended St. Rose back then.
